Make sure it's standardized for minimum 3% rosavins. There's a lot of rubbish out there for a supplement that isn't cheap. Even MP were selling 0.3% Rhodiola Rosea for full price (basically useless) until it was pointed out to them, they stopped selling it. If you find some that doesn't say anything about the strength, like Hollland & Barrett... I'd avoid it.
