Yeah, it's quite expensive if you use it in the doses you're supposed to at the frequency you're supposed too. But it definitely helps recovery time

Yes I use it when cutting the fat and on low calories. Though I only use it as I get it cheap, about £7 per KG.

I wouldn't use it for the prices I see like £20-£30 per KG.

I have a bag and was wondering how best to use it. At the moment I'm just taking it in the morning and with my post workout shake.

I'm also taking ALCAR in the morning too.

Good to know about the multis.

For Omega 3, I take the MP Omega 3 Liquid, which per 5ml serving is:
EPA: 825mg
DHA: 550mg

Anything better out there? I figure the liquid is always a better bet than softgels and a single Flavdrop removes any hint of bad taste.

That doesn't look very good quality tbh. Providing just 1375mg of EPA/DHA per 5000mg, it's not even the 30% which the poorest softgels manage (usually 180/120 per 1000mg) Do you know what the other 75% of that oil is?

I don't take fish oils anymore, I take Krill Oil and eat oily fish like mackerel instead but if I did I'd aim for a product at least 50% but ideally more towards 70%.

I think with fish oil you really should be wary of the quality, there's potential for nasties in there.

I use the Super Omega 3's from Myprotein. I noticed my elbows and shoulders felt better when I moved from the normal ones which I would have to take 6 off.

Per 1000mg

530mg EPA
90mg DHA

Minimum total of 760mg Omega 3
Take 3 of them a day

I don't like the MP one's, they have a strange EPA/DHA ratio. They're even lower in DHA than the standard fish oils...

Well I've just bought 3 months worth  They seem to work great, no joint pain what so ever (touch wood) Dam you Myprotein! :D

Edit: Maybe it's the purification processes that causes this imbalance?

The question is do you want to risk it for a few £. No guarantees still that it's even legit, i might try some ones real stuff at the meet and get my socks blown off.
