Just ordered 5kg of unflavored impact whey from my protein for £46, go seem to be around £44 for 4kg, from a quick glance the nutritional value looks about the same with myprotein being just slightly higher bar protein content all by .2/3 . Extra 1kg for £2.odd.

£5 off codes around too, if you need one.

should have spoke to their CS and got a 20% off voucher :D

Tesco, they do 3 for 2. 3 tubs of 90 tabs will cost you £7. Doubt you'll be 270 for £7 or by much. They have the same DHA and EPA values as all the others as well

What advantages do Omega 3 oil capsules have?
For those who use them - did you notice any "observable" difference?

I don't take fish oil but I use flaxseed oil tablets from H&B...

I notice that if I ever run out and don't take them for a few days, I get very achy knees, that's the main difference for me, aside from that, nothing much really.

As for the reason of taking flaxseed oil over fish oil, it's all down to the mercury concerns...whether it's got any weight or not, i'm not sure, would just rather be on the safe side.

It is no different to stuff sold by myprotein.com, bulkpowders.com, theproteinworks.com, etc...

But it just happens to be more expensive.

Not quite, the H&B stuff along with being a rip off mixes like lumpy wallpaper paste, tastes foul and seems to give a lot of people grumbly tummys.

I think you're being a bit harsh there, if you pay full price then it's a rip off but if you get one of the 2 for 1 deals it's not so terrible as it's a roughly comparable price to most other places. I wouldn't go out my way to have it again but alternatively if I'd run out and I managed to get it on special offer it serves its function well enough.

If it's the stuff I've seen it's like £40 for a kg, even 2 for 1 it's a horrendous rip off and much much more expensive than anywhere else.
