Supplements the debate/discussion thread

Just read this entire page (80ppp, female dogs), and I must request that people stop saying nut butter.

It's putting me off eating :X

I actually thought that's what I'd typed when I read it back, that would have been a whole new low for my filth ridden brain :o:D

Lol. Well, at least it would have been a typo on here rather than something similar in work :)

Churning butter just took on a whole new meaning.

what's a good replacement for peanut butter? I can't eat it I've got some random reaction where I find it harder/painful to breathe after eating anything that contains peanuts - any other nut and I'm fine.

You mean like a peanut allergy? :p
You can get butters of pretty much any nut these days, almond butter is quite popular.

I do apologise but this did make me chuckle a little given that it sounds like a peanut allergy and isn't really a random reaction as such at all. :p

Either way as tom_e mentioned plenty of other nut butters to try. Cashew nut butter is another I've seen along with Almond. Holland & Barrett will most likely have a decent enough selection to try.

ah cool never paid attention tbh :D the thing is I call it "random" because I never had it before and only the past 2 years have I noticed this! so its still a bit random lol, as I had the same thing happen with fruits which is even more random... eh

cashew butter sounds quite good.. gotta find some!

If anyone uses MyProtein for supplements and hasn't seen the email today (or has never used them before but needs to pick something up), then head over and add something to your basket.

At the checkout, enter the discount code 'BLACK' and apply it -- each hour today, they're adding a different free item. If you don't like/need the current one, just remove it from your basket, wait an hour and try again. :D

EDIT: Forgot, £10 minimum spend. Still, it's actually some decent stuff they're throwing in for free.

I got Nutri Greens  Perfect for Nate!

After some more Whey Protein. Do I stick with Myprotein or try Gonutrition?

I've been using Myprotein for years, and just purchased some Turkish delight whey from Gonutrition. Ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Thursday, however I did choose standard delivery.

Quality is very good, it's as mixable as impact whey from Myprotein and tastes great. Worth a go...
