Tabletop Warhammer?

Don't think ill be ordering from Totalwargamer again.... Ordered on the 11th and its still in processing... tried to call them 4 times yesterday and 7 times today just keep getting hung up on or saying theres a fault with the line, also had no response from a support ticket. Looking at there facebook page (essentially a complaints page) loads of others seem to be having the same issue with things not having been delivered going all the way back to start of November

Ouch that sucks. Go for a refund and order somewhere else if you can mate.

I had same issue with a CSM order, logged a complaint on FB, got an email response and canceled my order and got a refund. Did this on a Saturday had the money in my bank account by Tuesday.

From what I understand indy stockings can only order so much from GW and only once or twice a week.

But now our local club gives us 15% off I buy from there now, and FW stuff is only an hours drive

It was a fairly limited edition game that is quite popular in the retro scene. Difficult to get hold of copies with enough intact to use based on the way it was played and the amount of customisation that took place.

It is a game I really want to get again for our club but we just don't have the funds. Trying to get a good copy of Warhammer Quest is about the same.

Seems that I missed the deadline for before Christmas delivery by 24 hours which is why it was still set to processed. The guy who got back to me claims they are all incredibly busy with packing and shipping so there's no one around to answer the phones, Bad Business practice if you ask me but what can you do.

Yup bad practice but like you say, if they are too busy then they are too busy. At least they are honouring their current sales and delivery commitments rather than taking on too much business and missing some people
 
the joys of christmas where evything goes wrong lol......hope ya get it sorted soon :).

was wondering if there fellow Nids players here could give me advise on paint and tatcits so i can woop my bros/mates arse as they have armies tht are much more powerful than me (choas/necrons) lol :P

Indeed, its why I didn't get all shirty and try and cancel my order. They were friendly and are aiming to get my order to me before Christmas still.
 
i know im guttered i got some to paint but i dont have the money to get the paint as they have dried out its been that long since i done any lol.
 
Well I think I am going to get the chaos space marines ballistic pack, just so that it will keep me busy for a while, although I don't really want the bikes just yet or the tank. Who would be the best HQ to go with them. This will be my first army since my teens so any tips would be great lol

I know the guys at TW well (it's our local store) - good chaps, but they have been incredibly busy and their response times have been suffering greatly recently. They tend to be most responsive on Twitter and Facebook I find, other than popping in to the store anyway.
