Update 2:
New mobo just arrived by DHL. From tracking it took around 4 days to be delivered. They did receive my old mobo on 25th and i did get new one in 4 working days which is great! I fought it will take ages. Thank you one more time giga! Now waiting for my new cpu and ram. Plug my giga gtx 1080ti and ready to play. If anyone have questions of the process please let me know and will help or explain what i needed to do.

I have filled in the form and have been told to wait for 10 days, am I waiting for something through the post or do I send my mobo in when I get a response?

You should be contact via e-mail.. could I ask you to forward the reply you got to the below address, I will then chase it up for you and make sure you get a reply if it's been more than 10 days.

Any tracking says it was received. Have forwarded the confirmation to send form to the above email :)
 
Got it and have started to chase the German guy's on your replacement. I should get an update early tomorrow and will get back to you.

Wow... Seen and responded to the email, never expected that! You went above and beyond @GIGA-Man, best customer service I think I've had!! :D
