When you have the sort of money, him, Epstein and others like that have. There must be a point where you can't do anything else that you've already done. So I can only imagine you'd end up in some sort of weird place where you might start seeing how far you can push desperate people, in some pretty obscene manors.

I used to work on billionaires yachts, getting called out when they had IT issues. Some of the stories the crew members told me about things some of the Russians used to do to show they were "better" than the crew, was pretty disgusting.

I would hazard a guess they are unable to leave. I am sure given the chance they would run off to some place without extradition in a heartbeat.

Charged yes, gone to court and been convicted no.

Yeah I am pretty sure they are under free movement around the country within reason, but I believe they do not have their passports or most of their assets available.
