Team Group Dark Pro "8 Pack Edition" 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C14 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit - Black

Well, i read in this thread and other posts in regards to your IF testing about audio corruption, booting into windows, etc and tested it out for about 2 hours with games, media, and general thiings i do on my pc and nothing was different. :) (Memory was stock as well) :)

Well then that means it's all good.

For me, it will boot in to windows at 1900MHz but if I make the pc 'ping' by changing the volume within widows its corrupted, also reboots.

This only goes away at 1800MHz.

Ah right!. I actually even tested that too and was fine. I know how everyone bangs on about the AES stuff but seems i got unlucky, that and i plan to keep the system for a while so £50 isn't that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things, you know? :)

Personally... I would find out what other people have to say on other ram that are reaching 3800MHz. Because although this kit is good, there might* be better. Also nothing is guaranteed.

Yeah, i did do that, changed settings, just about everything that was recommended and the highest it would boot would be 3446mhz, anything above would instantly blue screen in Aida64. :)

Guys does this kit have oc potential or the good bins are going to other kits and the crappy ones are sold as only 3200? I'm thinking about the flarex or this ones

Does anyone know if it's possible to run 2 kits of the 2*8gb for 32gb total and if so, what speeds can be achieved on ryzen 3000? I presume 3200 c14 and 3600 c16 is unlikely with 4*8gb?

Not sure, however I just picked up 4x8 3200cl14. Currently 4000cl16 stable. Not tried any higher yet. Waiting until the weekend.

Hi guys, probably already been answered somewhere but i'm looking to buy either the 3600 or 3866 versions of this kit. Is it worth paying the extra £20 for the higher frequency? Running a 3900x with a Strix-E changing to C8H though.

I just overclocked the 3200cl14 to 3800cl16 tbh I would just get which ever is the cheapest then overclock it as they are all pretty much the same bin.

Gibbo said earlier in this thread that the 3200 and 3600 are the same bin, with the 3866 being a slightly higher bin.

So get the 3200 stuff.

This is why I went for the 3600 c16 as I have read that many have not got the 3200 c14 to reach that. I still think the 3600 is a slightly better bin to reach that. Plus it’s more cost as I think they cherry pick the ones that reach the 3600 making them cost more even though there the same bin.

The 3600 c16 should do 3200 c14 ok I would have thought.
