He doesn't half like making it difficult for himself and although I missed the start from what I saw Johnson played very well in the second and third sets. Still Murray is through and that's the main thing.
 
So I'm watching the replay now on iplayer...

You can only sometimes hear some mumbling but does he bitch at himself out loud when hes doing crap?
 
I think he can berate himself regardless of whether he's winning or losing, thb, probably more so when he's losing but I've seen him do it when he's a set or two and a break up.

Murray playing Nishikori today for a place in the final with Del Potro and Nadal in the other semi.

Murray should beat Nishikori and I'm going for Del Potro in the other.

Murray made some comment about 'stupid umpiring', he then rec'd a warning for it and basically said the only reason he got the warning was because the umpire likes to get involved a little too much.

I think Murray was also unhappy with the length of time it was taking the ball boys/girls to do their thing.

He criticised a decision the umpire made I think, and was warned. He seemed to ask him 'do you not make mistakes?'. Going by the commentary, it seems as though other players feel this particular umpire likes to get involved. Maybe he likes the added attention.
