TERA release date announced.

So...

If I buy the pre-order today, I can play the game today?

Or if i buy the 4:50 sneak preview I can also play today?

Make this clear to me please! I think the game looks ace, besides the furries.

Explanation:
CBT = Closed Beta Test
OBT = Open Beta Test – Available for everyone
PCC = Pre Character Creation & Name reservation for pre-order customers
Head Start = only for pre-order customers / If you pre-order TERA, you’ll be able to create a character and reserve your favorite name in advance and you’ll also be able to enter the servers before the actual launch date.

If you pre-order from their site then yes, it sometimes takes an hour or so for the code to arrive though. I got mine two hours after ordering.

But if you do then download today and you can play until Sunday night. It will be wiped after that though, a lot of wiping currently as they don't want people to sit their maxed.

Yup. Sneak peak from tonight until early Monday morning then it'll be wiped before closed beta next weekend.

So far i don't think it's grindy but im only level 8, seems a lot faster than Aion.

Combat is very fluid so far, it's a nice change with an aiming system. You avoid incoming damage from enemies and players by dodging their attacks.

PvP i have no idea when i get to try it, the above is just from a fight with someone else.

Is the site bugged, I've created an account, click confirmation email and still can't login to the site and it just let me re register with the same email.

And verified the new account under same email and it works 0.o
 
Both definately on EU site, never got a confimation email saying I had activated it a second time, doesn't matter now really I guess since it is working :p.

So if I buy retail CE will I get headstart+this early character creation with this 5 euro access thing?
 
I am not sure how it works if you order the retail version, i know with the digital version you get what is listed.

I'd check if you've ordered through Amazon what it offers, if you really want to play the beta though then go for the cheap Beta option.

From what i can see there is currently no NDA on sneak and open beta, so i should be allowed to post this.
