No worries mate :) You should have stayed, you missed out on a life crystal.

Also how the hell am I meant to mine hellstone. Those flippin fire imps are destroying me every time. Then that massive worm comes to say hello to top it off! I've got 30 ores in total but need more really to make anything.

Keep at it. Try making a bed near hell then you can get there really quickly. I'm presuming you have an obsidian skull too?

Well the mine shaft that goes straight down to hell is pretty much in my house so its all good. Yes I have the skull as well. Should I even bother trying to kill the fire imps? Seems rather hopeless.
 
Imn probably going to buy this when i get home, when i should actually be going to bed. Can someone give me a step by step guide on how to get online with it? Ive no idea what Hamachi or darijato are but would love to get online.
 
Debating whether to get this game. People in my friends list say it's great but I watch videos of it and think "is this what my life will come to?"

Might get it anyway :p

They keep respawning, the easiest way to do it imo is face them when you are mining so you can hit the fireballs with your pickaxe and negate some of the damage.

The worms need to be killed though, flails and piercing projectiles kill them pretty quick.
 
I think I've done all I can/want to do, I have a fair chunk of equipment that I'm happy to give to anyone (minishark, starfury, molten armor, >100 gold, etc). If someone gives me a server to connect to then I'll hop on and dump it all :)

Kinda defeats the purpose of the game if someone gives you all the best equipment, imo.

Yay I cracked it! Used your technique to knock back fire balls and killed all the worms. I came back with about 750 hellstone :D
