Terraria - Dig, fight, explore, build

i have three characters on my main rig, one has everything, the other two are newbs so i can start fresh, johann elfa is on my laptop, like i said no cloud support so i cant keep just 1 character!

Can the server admin not just save the game files so we can revert if need be?

I just put my world on a memory stick and can move it from one pc to another.

Not really as simple as that in multiplayer - a rollback will effect everyone on the server and not just undo the damage done by the griefer.

Managed to blag 4 copies for £4 plus change when they priced it wrong. Seemed too good to be true.

Played for 4 hours straight, with mates staying on the server till 6am.

Definitely something addictive about building your hidey hole.

Dedicated server would help though instead of having to run the main game.

Seek out TerrariaServer.exe in your Steam\steamapps\common\terraria folder.

Yes I have experienced that a few times.

I just built the gold house on the server

If you come inside the house and click on the bed it will set your spawn there.. So when you die you spawn in the house and are safe

There will be a new log in system in the next update, it will save your most recent servers

Steam cloud support would be nice for character saves.
