Test Drive Unlimited 3 is officially being made :)

Gently mentioned the pre order to the wife for my birthday on the 31st of this month.....fingers crossed

This new trailer feels far more slick and the game engine looks a bit tidier too I think
 
I bought this on pre order for £25. I played the demo and it was pretty bad, but it is a car game which I enjoy, so will certainly be a fun time killer.

That's if they have fixed the buildings you go in that have other players with voice chat with extreme volume. I went into a dealership and two french guys sounded like they were fighting each other with baguettes and were both mic clipping, and clipping my ears at the same time!
 

Some positives steps - looks like they've fixed the weirdness when you got the back just slightly out when cornering, etc.
 
I wouldn't say the game looked bad before, but graphically a lot just looked so bland and lifeless.

Something I realised recently which makes TDU2 is the way you have a feeling of there being a horizon beyond the horizon for want of a better way to put it, so many places you come around a corner and the world just opens up in a way Solar Crown didn't seem to have much of in the demo.

Season 2 apparently has part of Ibiza (the main city) with possibility of a full remastered map at a later date.
