I could barely get out of bed from yesterdays deadlifts

So I just did my first gym session today, yay. Squats ,Deadlifts, Bench press, feel really sore and I am eating like an African child, just literally cant stop eating :|, anyway, I been reading this thread a lot and notice a lot of people complaining about people doing curls in the squat rack xD
Today when I got there the gym instructor actually had moved a bench to the inside of the squat rack where he was showing this guy how to do inclined press or something, I thought that was really funny considering how much it annoys people here LOL![]()
So I just did my first gym session today, yay.
Every time a man says "Yay" his muscles gets smaller![]()
I don't have any muscles yet, I can barely squat more then 50KGs, bench 40 and dead lift about 50 too. Embarrassing I know, I'm going at like 9-10.30pm until I can actually lift some proper weight lol
I can't tell if you've intentionally got that the wrong way round or not...........![]()

I think both are meant to be 'lift'
Thats more than i could lift when i started franco, by far![]()

Using a rack for safety when pressing of anything worthwhile is an obvious good idea. Doing barbell curls in a squat rack is completely different![]()
Next time the gyms empty im gonna curl in the squat rack
Maybe some kickbacks aswell?

I hate seeing people do exactly that. It's even worse when they spend over an hour in there just doing curls and kick backs, then go get a refil for another shake.
