One good thing about trimming up is that its a visible sign, along with the scales that it's working.

Get a couple across my delts when pressing, along with the standard ones that come out in your neck/face with a heavy lift!

that's a good one going across the bicep

Ta.

liking the position of the tat also, whats it say?

I forget I have it sometimes! 'Live your Life', Latin is a bit tricky due to the literal translation. Google will tell you it's incorrect however I had it checked by a family friend very familiar with Latin and *is* correct. Either way it says what I think it does :p

Monkee, the first stage of acceptance is denial :p

I think LiE's quote below is sig worthy.

Hmm, is 12 sets of benchpressing alright?

I'm starting to think I'm doing a few too many again on each exercise....

Also Monkey, it's alright mate. What ever you're into.....

One warmup(if that's the exercise you're beginning with) and 3-4 heavy working sets with progressive weights as more blood flows into your muscles. 12 sets = no.

Bugger haha, I've been getting carried away a lot recently and doing plenty of strip sets on everything.

20kg x10warmup
40kg x10
50kg x5
60kg x5
70kg x5
80kg x5
80kg x5
80kg x5

70kg x5
60kg x5
50kg x5
50kg x5

I'd probably be far better off just increasing the weight at my working sets.

I don't know what's gotten into me lately, I start doing my training. Then before I know I've done far far too much and still have plenty left in the tank somehow.

Hmm, not going heavy enough I think then.

I still did 5 sets on the Peck Deck afterwards as well to try it out.
