Please don't tempt him, the last picture I saw of him he was face down with his jeans and boxers around his ankles, with a male sporting latex gloves in between Thorpy's buttocks.
How did it go?
Are you using chalk Hedge? Makes a massive difference. I use an over and under grip and sort of wring my hands around the bar before lifting, sort of like getting tension of straps.
