Sorry mate, didn't realise you were busy. Please don't worry about it, I know what it's like to have the pressures of work! I'm going to go see the doctor again and try and get her to see the issue and hopefully recommend me to see someone.

I'll definitely check out the thread in the meantime.

I'll still do it mate, just that you won't have it today ;) It won't be a miracle routine, it'll be fairly basic but will include a lot of corrective exercises that you'll have to do even if you see a specialist.

Also, a referral through your GP isn't likely to be that useful, especially considering her original comments. Do a little research and see what physios/sports therapists/osteopaths work in your area.

No gym for over a week!! :eek:

Wedding in Ireland from Wed evening last week till Sunday. Then my ceiling decided to fall down on Tuesday morning and haven't had a chance to go since :(

Might have to go tonight and tomorrow and try and do some full body stuff.

Going to Cyprus on Saturday for 2 weeks! \:cool:/ However, so much for maintenance! Ah well... I'll hit it hard when I get back...

Oh hush, I'm skinny and crap! Stupid cold thing took it out of me on Monday, so delayed legs until Tuesday, then did Chest on Weds...Dead now!

Ooh, back tomorrow! Might be able to go past the 90kg DL :)...Just a matter of warming up and jumping the weight a bit more I think, rather than 2.5kg increments...

Going to be swimming and skipping whilst away - and drinking a few beers! :D

Today was supposed to be my legs day.... but it's my birthday and everyone was corrupting me!

I've have had 2 big slices of chocolate cake... a double chicken burger and 2 glasses of red vino!!

There was a good T-Nation article recently called 2 weeks to shredded, bit late for you now but was a good read.

Got back in the gym on weights, taking it easy, just getting back into the swing and been hitting the cardio running/cycling, feeling stronger and fitter again after a few weeks off

I thought bodybuilding was meant to improve your life not take over it!
