Getting some chafing recently so going to invest in some compression underwear. Any one got any and think they are worth it? I'm between a 36 and 38 waist if you are similar and have some let me know. Looking at Nike / Underarmour as Sports Direct have a sale on :p

I haven't got any recommendations as I only use the UA heatgear short sleeve tops, but I'm pretty sure these guys http://www.baselayer.co.uk/ are cheaper even with the Sports direct sale.

Falling...
2 days of gym so far since getting back from holiday... OMG hard work. In pain. Love it! :D

Not doing any heavy stuff at the moment until I get back into the swing of things... It's going to take a while... I'm still very much in holiday mode! :D

Had a quick health check at work today.

Cholesterol 4.8 (less than 5 is good, 5-6.5 is okay, more than 6.5 is a risk)
Glucose 4 (4-8 normal)
Pulse 44
BP 143/79 - not suprising the systolic is a little high as Ive been very busy at work lately and have lots on my plate in my private life.
