Bashed out some weights at home though.

you guys still not using my supermarket?

the cheapest cashews are 60p per 100G from both asda and tesco (value ones)

cheapest peanuts are 24p per 100g

cheapest almonds are 75p per 100g

pistachio 83p per 100g

walnuts, brazil nuts and pecan nuts are all 95p per 100g

that is surprising to say the least, when you look at the price of all the other varieties, cashews are second cheapest but still nearly 3 times the price of peanuts.

now you know why they say "it costs peanuts" to cheap items (bad joke is bad)

as good as cashews taste i will make do with chilli habanero peanuts from asda

Just ordered 16kg of protein and 1440 fish oil caps, 144 days worth of each at 80p per day. With food on top I can probably get away with spending less than £5 per day which will be a first in I don't know how long.

For general munching I prefer the taste of chasews

Nah pea protein, not whey. I don't get on with normal whey and isolate is too expensive.

Only thing with the supermarket ones is I presume they have no DHA EPA in them

My asda ones say 210mg EPA/DHA. 1000mg cod liver oil and some vit A+D
