My legs! After hill walking yesterday in extreme wind (Was very close to crawling on my hands and knees to the summit, lol), then leg extensions and squats in the gym this morning I am now finding it hard to stand up out of my office chair, lol.
Isn't that why they have wheels on the bottom?

Bah. Fed up of having a body that runs at an insane temperature and sweating everywhere i go. Eating 3500-4000 kcals a day and waking up one day 12st1, next day back down to 12st. Is it me or is it just too expensive to get in 4k cals on high quality proteins? I already spent £4 on chicken alone per day![]()
