I'm going to be taking the walk of shame at the gym tonight, as I walk straight past the weights and regulars to the treadmills/bikes/cross-trainers and spend an hour on them, then walk straight past again without lifting a thing. :(

My legs! After hill walking yesterday in extreme wind (Was very close to crawling on my hands and knees to the summit, lol), then leg extensions and squats in the gym this morning I am now finding it hard to stand up out of my office chair, lol.

Isn't that why they have wheels on the bottom :p?

Starting to push myself at the gym this year, started taking nox pump which helps, next thing I need to save up for is some protein shakes and come up with a diet that I can realistically stick to.

Only thing is the guy I work out with always says that I seem to shrug when doing heavier weights, or that one shoulder seems to come up higher than my left :o Can't remember ever damaging my shoulders though

Legs today, took 2 scoops of jack3d to wire me to the moon :p (I was gonna stop taking it for a week, but I had a terrible nights sleep and was gonna work out later in the day without too much food.) Having 2 scoops rather than one had a bit more of a jittery effect and certainly woke me up.

squat 95kgx5x5 feeling better, then front squatted 80kgx4, 70kgx6, x5, x5 then some hamstring/calf work.

Also worked my obliques again this week, I didnt add any weight to side raises and lets hope the DOMs aren't as killing as last week!

Hahahaha, couple of valid points though to be fair:p

"Thongs are gay" - Hard to argue that one!

Bah. Fed up of having a body that runs at an insane temperature and sweating everywhere i go. Eating 3500-4000 kcals a day and waking up one day 12st1, next day back down to 12st. Is it me or is it just too expensive to get in 4k cals on high quality proteins? I already spent £4 on chicken alone per day

You can get 1kg of frozen chicken for £4.50 from farmfoods. I guess it sucks for your food budget if you require more energy to gain mass but remember to get in lots of carbs/fats too (cheap ones too eg olive oil, oats etc)

I have MP's meal replacements to save money. One box costs around £22 and I have one most week days so it lasts me around a month. I don't know how this will work with your diet but it might be worth a look :)

Little update guys.

Still doing bits of HIIT, although I haven't done much recently :(

I'm feeling more and more hungry each day, no matter what I eat. I can eat enough to stop me wanting to eat more, but not so much to make the hunger go away

Still, I'm coming up close to 120 pounds.

Just looked back on a thread I made in august 2008. I'm about 20 cm taller, and 3 stone heavier than when I made that thread  :D

Just bought a TON of yoghurts, 3 for $1, 12g of protein per yoghurt :D 33cents each lol
Can be expensive, but there are cheap ways around it all, just have to be more creative with your shopping and eating.

Why on earth would you want 4000 calories of protein? That must be over 500g per day. Do you not eat any carbs?
