They're thin bars, they're spinlock (which lots of people dislike), the weights are plastic and filled with concrete (or some other form of aggregate) and much more prone to cracking. It depends what you want to do and what you already have access to but unless you've already got a reasonable straight bar (Olympic for preference) and/or dumbbells then it's probably an unnecessary specialisation to go for an E-Z bar.

love this hahah

sad day for me, missed my session last night due to helping little bro go pick his car up, now got a 200 mile trip to deal with so gonna have to miss my back session this week :(

I am not a fan of missing sessions, only missed 5 in total since going starting a year ago, but i guess i will use this time to gain some extra rest and just smash it next week :)

I feel ya br0! I woke up feeling sore n stiff and was tempted to skip a session but then realised I'll have the weekend off anyway so I made myself go.

I'm glad I did. Wasn't anything out of the ordinary but now I am freakin' buzzin

Endorphin rush for the win :D:D

Speaking of pics, I know he's not massive but I still chuckled at women gawping over Daniel Craig's physique:

Surely that's a shop?? LOL!!!!!

I bet it's not!

I realised yesterday while on the phone to my mum the gym is literally the only thing keeping me going while living here. It's the hour a day that takes my mind off being in a **** hole and relieves all stress. :)

My diet has really fallen apart this week. Not even hit my macros the past couple of days. Time to turn it up a notch and transition into bulk mode i think. fwuaaaaaaar

speaking of lolzgym, watching this in preparation for leg day!!!!! :D
