Wrong saying!

Damn, my body is in agony after a week off the gym. 120kg sumos for 3x8 last night and could feel my pecs aching from Tuesdays workout during sets. Now I've got an entire torso of doms, and shoulders tonight :X

I edged in just below 80kg this morning, actually quite surprised considering I was 82 two days ago. Dropping water like crazy (100% strict on the diet), 40mins fasted cardio and 20mins post-workout cardio a day. All feels like it's heading in the right direction.

Slightly worried about losing too much weight, but knowing that I'm going to drop loads of water is reassuring me slightly.

Diet is currently:
post-cardio:
1 scoop whey + 50g oats as breakfast

9:30:
30g brown rice + 90g chicken + drizzle of oil

12:00:
30g brown rice + 90g chicken + drizzle of oil

2:30:
30g brown rice + 90g chicken + drizzle of oil

Post workout:
2 scoops Recovery XS

Evening meal:
~200g sweet potato, 90g chicken

Pre-bed: 1 scoop Casein

80kg first. Depending on if I've lost the weight too quickly this week I'll either up the cals or leave/balance them out.

Then if I'm happy I'll up the cals to do a lean bulk. Seeing as I'm not that lean at the moment, I'll probably keep going down to 75kg - I will however need to keep an eye on how fast it drops off as said :)

Just worked out the macros for what I'm eating. Good lord at the amount of sugar! Given its all decent sugar (if there's such a thing) in the form of post workout carbs, fruit (always have a home made smoothie in the mornings now with a ton of berries and other fruit)

Need to lower the protein too, maybe eat less chicken per portion, even though it's only 3oz at the moment. It probably doesn't help with my 6oz steak every day post workout:D

Ignore the trans fats, it's apparently from the sainsburys chicken. But I don't use that. I use fresh chicken from a wholesaler, but I couldn't be assed inputting it manually, it will only add 10-20 calories anyway to the total so still accurate

Used a tesco smoothie (checked the label on it and it's virtually the same, all fresh fruit and no concentrate). 1150 calorie breakfast like a boss

That's the rest of the food throughout the day (found a more accurate chicken to use in the app so removes the trans fats hence the calorie drop) only thing missing off there as I couldn't fit it on the screenshot is the CNP Pro Recover

I paid £7 for last night's steak. It was awesome.

Anyone in the area should really check out the McKanna Meats butchers on Theobald's Road near Holborn and Gray's Inn. Simply superb meat. They also have some exotic stuff like ostrich meat and eggs, and the smelliest Toulouse Sausages outside of er.. Toulouse.
