TRX Inverted Rows
Been considering doing some of these for some fun assistance work. No TRX though, would have to do a Smith one....

TRX Inverted Rows
Right so I am trying to set up a routine to help the GF basically lose excess fat and achieve that beach body that everyone one is chasing after. I've taken Steedie's beginners guide as the basis. Being a female she doesn't want to get big, which I told her she shouldn't but in addition she doesn't want to get bigger calves as she feels hers are quite protrusive as they are, so can anyone advise

You not just buy rings?![]()
Works fine with a barbell, naturally there is less stabilisation going on though due to it being fixed.
And use those when you get them![]()
Well duh
They're on there way, dispatched today. I'm fever/ill bound at the moment anyway, so depending how that goes will depend on how the next few days go.

Can someone recommend me a dipping belt?
So I benched 65kg for five reps today and it was very easy. The next two sets were really hard and I missed the final rep. Do I just need to rest longer?

Syla5 uses the same one as I do, think he's had at least 40kg on it so far?
Depends are you resting for 30 seconds or for 5 mins already??So I benched 65kg for five reps today and it was very easy. The next two sets were really hard and I missed the final rep. Do I just need to rest longer?
