*** The 2013 Gym Rats Thread ***

Yeah, I'd attend that gym ^ could get my car MOT'd whilst I work :p

EDIT: Looks like the car is actually used for lifting LOL! B)

If it was a stripped out lol, Isn't the record something like 240kg for weight lifted overhead

And yes cars are squatted and Deadlifted all the time in strong man contests, weight distributed.

Where is that?

That jesse guy is seriously impressive. 7 years in with clear natural genetics for it, and probably higher test levels then U_E I am not suprised really. Amazing really.

That strongmn gym looks awesome. Shame all us gym ratz don't live within a 5 mile radius, we would have an awesome gym by now!

Any one here done Madcows?
Yeah, it's good.

Very impressive for sure, but you're UE comment brings up an interesting point. There is always going to be doubt that anyone at the top of any sport isn't on gear. More-so with strength sports.

It would be nice to live in a culture where you could know for certain.

It was at the forefront of my mind watching it all, but then we dont know the posative affects of a male strength training through puberty. All that natural HGH and Test, maybe there production levels were stimulated even further. To few individuls do what he has done to know or any degree of certainty.

Just thnk where he would have been if he had supplemented glutamine.....:p

I'm thinking of doing it after SS. Looking at the spreadsheet it would take me four weeks to get to the weight I'm currently doing on SS. Would it be stupid of me to skip a week or two as the routines seem fairly similar?

Also did you do any other exercises with it? I'm thinking of adding weighted chinups, but I'm unsure of which days to do them on.
