*** The 2013 Gym Rats Thread ***

Lol I poop more then 200g, more fail pleas openth. I would be shocked if your following a reasonably structured diet and being strict with your portioning!

I question the fact that what he posted up (well structured reasonable looking diet) and what he has actually been doing are not the same thing, based on posting history etc

I must say mrthingyx when it comes to Openth, you sir have the patience of a saint! god knows why you keep giving top notch advise to someone who clearly doesnt listen :(

It's fine. As long as I am dropping weight I'm content.

After a full month, if I feel I want to accelarate things along I will drop another 100 calories from diet.

The mirror shows progress tho, so thats good.

Mmmm... patience might be one word. :D :(

I suppose - at the end of all things - I'd rather not discourage somebody from making any effort whatsoever as that is bad. If they're in the gym working out and slowly firming up/trimming down, then it's a better start than not at all. Short sighted? Perhaps.

Opeth has had lots of advice (not just from me) and - as you point out - I don't know if he's sticking to it, but there we go. He will do as he sees fit.

I only have 6-7 hours a night. Still gaining.

Sleep is important, but then so is your social life, eating and having fun especially if it's only a hobby
