Yeah keep going, after a full month you'd have dropped 0.4kg, a whole lb! You'll really notice that in the mirror
I sleep for less than 7 hours every night, normally closer to 6. All kinds of gains.
I only have 6-7 hours a night. Still gaining.
Sleep is important, but then so is your social life, eating and having fun especially if it's only a hobby
