No customs hit as my mate unboxed them and put them in a tiny jiffy bag, and even with shipping they were well under half the price of what they'll be here when they come out. Nice. Need to get some red ones to go with my Adipowers though lol. The lacing system is much better than the velcro straps on the Komodos.

Random question, I seems to have a half inch difference from the left/ right bi when fenced, is it normal to have a difference etc between them?

Probably over reaction, just curious.

Thanks, they are both lifting same weight exercises etc, just didn't know about what the range of difference can be, interestingly my left is larger, im right handed.

It;s just another tosh article to try and stop people from consuming too much meat and eat more 'balanced and healthily'.

Won't someone PLEASE think of the Cows and Chickens!!!??!??

Yea, the problem with such diets would be the people in the study. If they took the body building community or sports people, I doubt they would come to the same conclusion.

But your every day Joe, who eats far too much McDonald’s for his own good, then yea maybe it holds some truth. But The average Joe would probably also 'supplement' their diet with cigarettes any way...

Oh btw, it's only really red meat causing the issue.

Oh and you need to eat more fish as that doesn't count, although we can't do that as fish supplies are dwindling also...So I await the next article to moan about that as well

What a stupid article, leading the reader to believe protein is bad for them! Clearly the real problem here is that people who have bad diets of saturated fat, high salt & high sugar foods, like burgers from McDonalds, are very likely to have bad health as a result (shock horror, we knew that decades ago). It just so happens that many of these foods are also high in protein. Protein =! Bad Diet

Nearly everything has been linked with cancer now anyway, you wouldn't be able to eat, use a mobile phone, place a laptop on your lap if you listened to all these studies or surveys.

Absolutely silly, if I get cancer I get it I'm not gonna start blaming my diet or that time I spent too long with a phone pressed against my head.
