I'm gonna have eggs, all the eggs!
My housemate calls it my action man top.
Breakfast question...
Currently having the Quaker Oats from the packet (the ones you then top up said packet with milk and nuke) with a bit of honey.
However, recently I've found it doesn't fill me up in the slightest. What else would you guys recommend? I'm normally short on time in the mornings so quicker the better really
I love eggs but never have time to cook them etc... Boiled eggs cooked night before, cold? *shrugs*
The ones in a packet are about 27g per serving I think. That's pretty much nothing. I think I breathe in more calories from London smog than that.
Get more in you!
Also watch out for the pre-made ones, they're loaded with sugar, just get a large bag of oats (2kg) will cost you per gramme a lot less.
Eggs take no time to cook - scrambling them even on the hob, or frying them takes about 2 minutes.
Or you can make oat pancake things that I quite like to make. Oats, peanut butter, milk, eggs, cinnamon. Mix together, large pan, coconut oil, fry them and finish them in the grill. Cut into portions and either eat on the go, or have it as a snack. Very filling and delicious.,
FF, any idea on measurements? For a smallish one, wouldn't mind giving it a bash.

Those instant packs are rubbish mate, get the oats in a bag for half the cost and pour yourself a massive portion.
No I just do it by eye
Just experiment. I think the above was done with 2 eggs, I guess around 30g or so of oats, a couple of spoons of PB, cinnamon, and enough milk to bind everything together.
To help you gauge start off by cracking the eggs in a bowl, and add some oats to it, whisk it up, and add some PB, whisk it up and add enough milk to bind things together to a consistency of a "batter"... I don't really do recipes I'm afraid! Change the amounts to suit your tastes and consistency.

Eggs take about 2 minutes to scramble in the frying pan, add a little grated ginger to them.

Exactly this.
If he doesn't find time to eat properly then get out of bed just 5mins earlier than usual. Get the pan on high heat, throw the eggs in, and they are done pretty much instantly.
