I went from 99kg to 97.9kg the next day, its what happens as benny says.

Honestly if youre chasing numbers try not to dwell over the scales so much. If a pint of milk is worrying you, drink half.

Track weight if youre that desperate over several months, plot it out and see if the average is going UP or DOWN.

Probably right. I'm letting the scale scare me too easy.

Does anyone know what Bio-Synergy or Sci-mx are like as a protein supplement?

I only ask as a local shop to me have them both on quite a good offer at the moment. I have been using ON and been happy with it, but these 2 were on offer for £39 for a 2.25kg of Bio-Synergy Whey Better and £34 for 2.28kg of the sci-mx Ultra Whey protein.

That seems expensive. ..? But I am a soy brotein cheapskate.

Yay I made it to the gym, nothing of significance to mention but I made it in. Still feeling rough as old boots though.

First solid gym work out in a few months, was really getting into things later 2013 but then I've had 3 different surgeries over the year and 2014 has been horrible, put on a lot of weight that I got rid of in 2013 too :(.

Anyways bring on 2015, hopefully be much more active here :D.

Strong thread hitting page 5 on day 6 of the year - keep it up br0hirrim!

Can't beat that brick/wood tasting protein. I bought a massive bag of this when gonutrition had a stupid sale one. The grain is something else. :p

Yeah, baby... I found the only way to deal with it is to either use milk or something else with fat in it (use cream and water myself) because otherwise it forms a nasty sludge that has the texture of cement.

What whey would you get (new to all this)?

Pick your size and flavour and away you go, the choc caramel is rather good.
