It's that time - what ridiculous resolutions are you setting this year? I'm going boring with targets for the big three (2.5x BW deadlift, 2x BW squat and 1.5x BW bench). Will probably fail bench :)
 
I'm going to be starting soon. What do you guys recommend for an overweight noobie. I want to fit in 4x 45-60 minute routines into my week. I'm thinking 15 min crosstrainer followed by a bit of weights and then 20 mins treadmill? It takes me around 25 mins to walk to the gym as well

My main goal is to look like I lift :D

I'm going to focus on strength, my goals are the following weights for at least triples:

- 2 plate squat
- 3 plate deadlift
- 40kg db bench
 
I watched it a couple of days ago, I couldn't believe he pulled 462kg the day after the Arnold Classic.

Awesome documentary though. I didn't know Eddie's story, I'll be supporting him this year :D
 
Has anyone got any experience with Adipower shoes with orthotics? if you have both, how do you find them?

None of the shoe shops keep the Adipower in stock so I can't check them with orthotics and I want to make sure I'm not wasting my money. I'll need to get some more orthotics made to put in my shoes (current crop are very old) so will have a chat with the sports physio first and see if he has come across this before.
