It was really underwhelming going to the physio and I cant see how bending over and swinging my arm is going to fix my shoulder issue. Its been going on now for 2 months and I haven't been able to train, lost all gains and starting to lose all motivation
When it seems to be getting better - I try to bench the bar only (where before was benching 80kg) and I can feel it starting to ache so stop. I have tried dumbells last time and again started to feel it go. Same with dips.... Only exercise I can do is squats...
It definitely is in a lot better place than it was 2 months ago as it was aching every day without training... but I want to get back into it again and I keep trying and failing....
