Did you find a nice undervolt for it?Mine's running cool and quiet with no coil whine (in banchmarks anyway). Happy days!

None at all? That's extremely rare, maybe its low levels and fans are masking it?
What model 4090 is it?
4k gives 120-125fps apparently, that's a stock MBA (same as a 4090).Playing RDR2. Some whine on this. Not too bad though. I'll play a bit more to get the feel.
163 FPS with every single setting maxed!

My 4090FE arrived today
Fits nicely in my 011 Dynamic Mini using the Corsair Type 4 adapter, the cable is not even touching the glass
I am using my SF750 sfx PSU with a 13900k and the 4090 which is working perfectly
The mini is even smaller than mine (regular Dynamic size not Evo or XL), the Corsair one doesn't look like it's right-angled, how are you avoiding touching the glass with that card?
Red Dead 2 brings it up in every 40 series card, its crazy lol.
Looking at this I think that case must just be a little deeper when it comes to where the board and the GPU winds up, this also shows there is some room to the side of the case:

Edge of my GPU to where the glass (would be) is 2CM only, so not enough space for the cable as you're not meant to bend them that near to the connector. They recommend not bending them before at least 3.5CM along.
Looks great. Could you put your mount as high up as it can go like I did? This would leave a space for fans at the bottom.Got the Coolermaster V3 vertical mount installed.
Not a huge gap to the edge but I think I can adjust it in a bit if I want, still it's not on the glass should the panel be installed either.
The mount can take it. It’s very rigid and strong.Yes it does go higher up but I don't tend to bother with fans on the bottom. Got some to add to the side bit still.
Also a fair bit of weight to add if I elevate it higher up without any support beneath.
