Is the Zagg invisibleshield worth having for the ipad? Seems to be 50% off today and would be looking at only getting the back section.
So earlier on in the thread it was mentioned that you could use the ipad as a secondary moniter for a pc, has anyone managed that yet ?
How does iphone.tvcatchup.com work on the Ipad? Im guessing it works on it?

Works great on the iPad, It displays the video in the Safari window but you can then full screen it from there. Quality is alright and watchable![]()
But if you use the plug adapter given in the box its much quicker.... right?
I use the plug adaptor that came with my iPhone.
Also I just found out, when plugged into the Mac and if it's asleep, it doesn't charge it at all! It charges the iPhone when the Mac is asleep but not the iPad.

It requires 10v - so if you use the actual iPad charger it should only take around 3 hours.
The iPhone charger is only 5v.
Only USB's on certain recent Mac's output enough power to properly charge the iPad.

Took me 5hrs to fully charge it using the mains from it turning off with no battery left.
The screen is a bugger to keep clean! Even using a specsavers wipe it still is a pain![]()
