I notice it says MUSIC CARD, and there is a seperate iTunes APPS card that isnt in the promotion. I assume this means what it says....

It's definitely just an all purpose iTunes card, I picked up 2 on Saturday. They appear as credit on your account and can be used to buy anything on iTunes including apps. I spent around £35 on iPad apps yesterday. :o
 
wow just been to my local Nero's coffee shop and there's 4 old women reading books on there ipads lol mine was in the bag or i would have whipped mine out ....... ok that came out wrong lol
 
UPS, didn't give the wife enough time to answer the door, must have had the "not in slip" already filled out.
Now I have to go an collect the thing.
 
3g sim activated on the walk back into work, just waiting to get home to have a play now!

What apps should i start with?!? :)
 
Very tempted to pick up an Ipad. Shame the delivery time is 7-10 days, and can't get through to the meadowhall store to find out if any are in stock.

Is retail store stock still scarce? Looking for a 16gb wifi one.
 
from what i understand the 16gb wifi is the hardest to get hold of, if you go for the uber expensive models they seem to be easily available

my local store had all types... I suspect any "shortage" of the 16gb Wifi is artificial (ie BS) to persuade you to buy a more expensive model (as if they werent expensive enough already!!)
 
Cheers all, popped into the apple store and got put on the priority list (supposedly 3-5 days for 16gb wifi). Then popped into the other place (competitor) selling them, who said apple store was a 3 week waiting list and I should go on their list as well!

Lets see who gets them in first!
 
14 days for me direct from apple.
Was going mad with the waiting, but well worth it.
Looks good in the DoDo case.

Guys any idea why the iPad suddenly displays "Not Charging" when plugged in now?

I can't think of any reason but I had it out with me today and when I got back the battery was almost dead but when i plugged it in it wouldnt charge? but it syncs with itunes, the only way it will charge is it i plug it into the wall connection
