Can anyone recommend any really good cases? I've looked at the official Apple one, but you lose the form factor, gets dirty and the build quality doesn't seem to be on par with what you pay. I've had a look at the switcheasy which i can get for £22, seems a good deal for 2 stands, screen protector and case. Has anyone got one? I only need it for round the house so nothing too fancy
I've mentioned it elsewhere but I've got the Snugg case and it's great. Similar to the Apple case but doesn't attract dust and has a higher build quality. Everything lines up perfectly and it allows for 2 variations of a stand.

My Snugg case got sent today.
Bought 2 of these as a screen protector as already it has finger prints everywhere so! No idea where the cloth went what i got with my ipod screen protectors went..

Out of all of my app's only like 2 work with iPad lol, shame...
Only complaints so far is that and that some of my youtube video's arn't compatible with iPad :S
and that the sound is a little weird as the speakers are just in one place so all the sound obviously is coming from that area.

Purple shop in stoke is getting a random batch tommorow. Going down early to get a 32GB wifi.
Im amazed im getting one. I kicked my iphone to the curb and went android and i will always stand by this. Android as a mobile OS kicks serious ass. I was mega down on this product it launched saying whats the point of a big ipod touch, but you know what that is the whole point!
This is going to be perfect for them long journeys i have to make. Using it in work for excel sheets aswell is way more convenient than constantly swapping windows on my PC.
Fingers crossed they do manage to get some wifi models (will get 3G using wireless tether from phone)

Couldn't you reserve one? The lady in the shop told me that one store had like 40 iPads :O forgot what store.. one down South though.
I tried tethering my 3g earlier from nokia , was so so slow (virgin mobile) but yer whatever lol
No they said they have no idea what stock they are getting so they cant reserve anything

I tethered using my n900 and was surprisingly fast (o2) Ping was horrible though.
ok one thing is starting to tick me of not with the ipad but the people around me that insist on talking to me over my shoulder asking questions about blah blah blah its starting to annoy the hell out of me,

Have had my ipad for about a month now, rather like it but I am getting very poor wifi performance. Sometimes its great and other times I get disconnects, the bars in the top right hand corrner can go from full bars to o bars without moning the pad an inch. At the moment I'm posting this from my pc as I the wifi performance is desipite being 1 meter away from the router.
Why shouldn't you use it on the train lol? Mad person
Is anyone having any trouble with sky news? I cant stream it for some reason on my ipad on the 3 network. I have two microsims, but my O2 seems to be able to do it no problems. The other channels work, sports1,2,3 and news. But for some reason only get a problem with sky news on the 3 network.

Uh... went into Reading with it earlier. Sat at train station playing angry birds while i waited. Then me and a few mates were sitting around for a bit and its odd the amount of people go "is that an iPad?" then ask you questions about it and how much you paid etc etc.
On the train it was worse, had this Jamaican guy come upto us. And i could hardly understand him, he was asking a heap of questions like comparing it to laptops etc... then started asking us what we were doing tonight and stuff.. it got very weird hehe
