There were a few problems but I've not noticed any myself! Work has naff wifi and it picks that up better than my iPhone so all good here!
Is there anyway to list the apps that I have bought already? I don't want to buy a program which i thought i owned! Also some apps claim to be both iPad and iPhone compatible whereas there other programs seem to have separate versions. Any ideas about this?

It should be all listed in iTunes.
I think there is a list on iTunes but even there you can delete them and then not know which apps you owned/dont own?
Can't believe how good it is, I can see me spending rather a lot on apps as they seem to be a lot more expensive than iPhones ones Please, I was dreading the first Hovis picture..
The apps will drop in price over time but making a application for the iPad is more time consuming due more that you can get on the screen. The iPhone tends to impose a little restraint due to it's size and that people use it in short stints. The iPad usage profile is different as people use it for longer periods in one session.

When you buy an App you've already bought, it says so, and lets you download it again for free.
Got my iPad today via tnt. I put on a switch easy nude case i got off the bay. Seems to do the job. But I like many others fluffed the screen protector. It's really hard to get on such a big area. I'm not sure I'm going to put one on as it's not going to be rolling around in my pocket like my phone.
I'm really enjoying it at the moment. I also got the buy one get one half price iTunes cards from clintons. Although I'm going to wait for awhile to buy anything so I can see what happens on the app store.

Yes but it doesnt tell me which Apps I have bought when I view Appstore on my ipad
View your account history (by clicking in your profile) and go to purchase history. There will be several pages of apps you've bought.
I know what you're saying though. It would be good if it showed you which apps you've already bought with a small icon or perhaps even making iTunes aware by flipping the price to free for apps you own.
I might submit that suggestion actually.

Nice to see RealVNC have created a free iPad version of their software. Wheres Im dissapointed GoodReader want us to cough up for a separate iPad version when I have the iPhone version (ok its 59p I know but you know where Im coming from

Just buy it instore, you'll get one, plenty in stock.
Buying it in the state is cheaper but then this way you can use it now and on the plane too !
