I am really trying hard NOT to buy one, but the concept is really good even if some of the actual reality isn't.
As a PC user though a few questions:
Can the Contacts, Calendar etc sync with Outlook - local accounts.
Does Notes or the iWorks apps save to a format Windows can read - Office 2010 specifically?
Will iPlayer work on this or not? I am slightly confused as some sites say it uses Flash and others say it works OK?

Picked up a 32gb 3G in Glasgow today and just having a play nowWent in at lunch and had a play..quite liked it but wasn't feeling compelled to buy one. Then I called the Mrs and she basically persuaded me that it was a good idea by telling me I wouldn't be getting my tea unless I brought one home (I know I know it's a tough life
)
I did a bit of research on which model to go for as I was erring on the side of bigger HD and no 3G but when I read there was no gps without 3G that sealed it even if the 3G is only used rarely I feel that no gps is quite a big loss overall.
Also picked up the apple case yeh it's a bit thin but it fits well and it's quite good at supporting it for typing and couch surfing (sorry didn't need to visit the pan when I wrote this!
Now i own one I like it of course but my other half loves it and it will definitely be used so..job done if a bit pricey!
i think the name say it all , wifi ........
