1st day back at gym today after 5 months of home training. I have gained 7lb probably fat ! 5'10 13.7 st
my home dumbells only went to 32kg and have done no squats for months
today I did
wide grip pull ups - 9,5,3,3,3 @ BW
squats 20k*12, 60k*12, 80k*12, 80k*12
BOR 40k*12,60k*8,65k*5,60k*8
incline bench press 32k(*2)*12, 35k*5, 30k*8 as soon as i went over 32k it was hard i guess body had got used to lifting 32kg !
standing military press 20k*12, 30k*12, 35k*8
donkey calf raises 3 sets of 15 with 12plates (60k?)
skullcushers 30k*12, 35k*8, 30k*9
standing ez-curl 30k*12,35k*12, 37.5K*8
I guess that ez-bar wieghs 10kg ? and 5ft Oly bar is 10kg?
I feel great going to to 3 full body workouts m/w/f for next 2 months to get back into it .
