If the prices are the same in the US as the 3GS was at launch, then the iPhone 4 for £440 not on contract sounds very tasty!
If you have a mini sim you can get an adaptor to make it normal size and when i just registered intrested with my carrier o2 they said they would send me a mini sim .... i had to give my address details
Yer, the screen is a high end IPS screen as the iPad has, except this one has some utterly ridiculous pixel density that is stupidly high. Engadget said that they couldn't even visibly see the pixels lolIt doesn't have an OLED screen AFAIK.
It sounds silly imo when you say it like thatIf the prices are the same in the US as the 3GS was at launch, then the iPhone 4 for £440 not on contract sounds very tasty!
£440 for a phone and to contact people.. umm
Wait, whats normal size? Mini sim is classed as the standard for mobile phones at the moment (which is what i have) and this version of the iPhone requires a Micro sim.
Do you mean you have a Micro sim and o2 sent you a converter to make it a mini sim?
Sorry if i'm talking rubbish here lol
Who buys it for video call anyway? It requires o2 phones with front facing camera for a start and I've had it on my n95 and not used it once.
Higher res screen I like, oled screen i like, the rest is expected.
bah, my bad
That's one less reason lol

Isn't the new 5mp camera going to be pretty poor though compared to other phones?
I know nothing about cameras at all. So ill take his word for it hehe. Though there are some great camera phones out thereQuite the opposite, as Steve said it's not all about megapixels .
Nor will they till the 12th iirc
It's the main reason I won't even consider one. Hopefully the revised model will have it.
