One of the Infinity Blade 2 developers said it was 512MB in a Eurogamer interview. He could be mistaken, but I would have though they'd know the specs since the game was used to show off the 4S at the announcement.

i'm going to be dangerous and say that i think most people need not rush its not going to be sell out.

Lets remember Apple does not have to change very much of its production operation to make the 4S and has been probably pumping these out for ages as most the parts were already being manufactured!

You are probably right, I wouldn't be waiting to order this on release day other than the fact that I desperately need a new phone and this seems to be the one, and I don't want to wait for weeks longer for stock

I think you underestimate though how many of the people who want one will be trying to order as soon as they know they can.

Thats the difference between having it on launch or a 2 week wait.

Queuing for hours is the reason Ive made sure I got up early to preorder though. Of course you will get one at Apple, but you will be waiting sometime.

Trust me, ive queued before but I have a feeling this one will either be ahuge hit - because of recent news - or not that much of a hit!
