vodafone 4s upgrade prices seem to be the same as new for me.
can't see why anyone would go for it, unless you spend loads, its a measly 500mb of data and i'm assuming the terrible BT wifi that requires you to log in at every hotspot every time you use it.

best way with voda is 12months contract...
lets say 600min, unlimited texts 500MB (only ) for £41 a month and £259 for mobile...
that makes £751. for a year. ( all 12month contracts come to £751 a year )
if you would take price of the mobile sim free directly from apple ( £499 is it ? ) ten it would mean you are paying £21 a month for those minutes etc... so not too bad.
of course you would get more minutes texts and data going sim only contract, but not everyone will be able to afford to pay £500 upfront for a mobile...
