What do I do. Money has gone out from my CC but Apple won't load up order history or track my order. The bloody items are still in my basket!
 
I can't. It declines my card because there isn't enough money on it.

None of the menu options under Orders work for me.
 
FFS, I rush through to the checkout and it failed with an 'error occurred' after processing. Few minutes later I get a call from the Barclaycard automated fraud line, which cut off before I answered any questions. So they obviously blocked the payment.

Trying with my debit card now and its just hanging at the processing stage with the spinny thing.

What a waste of time :(
 
I got to the processing page then it stayed there for 10 minutes. I then got through on the phone and stopped the web order and ordered on the phone

I was stuck on processing for 5 min. Got fed up and refreshed it, and it went through.

Order status shows only one order confirmed. White 16gb!
 
Angry doesn't come close! They have taken my money and given me nothing - not one hint of an order. Trying to ring them and some stupid automated woman keeps asking me for an order number which I don't have :mad:
 
Is it me or is there no sign out option on the Apple store account, it seems I'm logged in even if I close the browser and reload it? Not too good for security (unless I've missed it?)
 
Right, finally managed to order with my Debit Card, but using the iPhone Apple Store app, was getting no where with the web browser checkout.
