On the Apple website I only see the option to buy online for delivery on 14/10...

Last year you could reserve online for collection in store on 14/10, and you didn't have to pay until if/when you collected it - and if you didn't collect it on 14/10 you didn't get charged, they just sold it to someone else the next day.
Is that possible this year?
