The AMD Driver Thread

Come off it - it is implied if not explicit.

They don't need to imply when they have had no problem explicitly stating CF. They have never stated day one CF support for Multi gpu or dual cards as a feature and the current state of CF support as never been worse so trying to imply that it means Day one CF support for games could not come at a more illogical time.

And that's my last word on it.

Im losing the will to live here :p

It doesn't have to exactly say 'day 1 CF gaming support', as you already know that, 'day 1 gaming support', on that Pro Duo press slide, means CF, as that is what that card is.

And that's my last word on it. :D

Card is a dual card, hence crossfire gpu therefor when a company states day one support then that's obviously meant to regard support for the card being used properly in a crossfire situation.

If they are saying support in games on day 1 just means put the card in the pc and it'll turn on, you'll have somewhat a functioning driver, then surely that applies to every single card released right lol. It's not difficult to use a bit of common sense :p

But anyway, card is a waste of space, won't be supported in most titles, save your pennies and put it to the fastest single card next year. Don't believe what AMD say for a second regarding dual gpu or crossfire profiles.

EDIT: Poo, beaten to it. :p

Sweet my system is ready.
If this includes the decision fixes then I feel I was correct on this one.. :p
Amd was working with ubisoft on getting this fixed wasn't only Amd at fault. Division released patch other week and next driver including fix.

Least I expect this to have fix.

Except there is no way to know for sure if ubi had to do anything in the first place... AFAIK, there was no mention from ubi about them fixing part of the problem on their end and even if there was, how long ago was the patch? About 3 weeks so why did AMD take so long on their end?

Any other patches since the main one have all been to do with only the glitches and nothing else.

Either way, for most people, it is too late once again as a lot of people including Tony stopped playing the grindvision over 2+ weeks ago now.

I agree we won't know for sure what happens behind the scenes..
All this was my defence for AMD tbh I think it's very wrong to also put the blame on to the driver solely when in reality the devs are the ones building the game.

The blame has to be with ubisoft and Amd.

Edit
Driver released division fixed
Now I very doubt AMD did that all alone, and taken this long. Ubisoft and Amd have worked together on this fix am 100% sure.
