Isn't that to do with 2d clocks changing all from application to application... I've been getting it too... Will try these when I get home on my 7970
 
Yea its exactly that, only way I could fix it was to run clocks at max 24/7 which was a pain. Been using these drivers for 2 hours now and no flicker!
 
I have noticed a bug in the leaked 13.30 beta drivers. The core seems to drop to 867mhz at times for no apparent reason while under load, even if the temps are perfectly normal and the card is not throttling. I'd recommend anyone with the same issue stick with 13.12 WHQL which worked perfectly, for me at least. Windows 8.1 64 bit here.

Nah, had them last week, currently on 13.35beta17 and these aint got a mantle option either.

The AMD rep says 14.1 will be in a few weeks.

13.30 beta not tested or certified for discrete gpu's. Its designed for Kaveri only. Stick with 13.12 WHQL folks, unless 13.30 works ok for you. :D

I did say 'might' and that was after i saw the file size. I didn't realise they were APU initially as i found them on Guru3D. :D
