Thought I would post this here aswell..
This still seems quite broken in watchdogs with crossfire on 14.6 drivers. I get this negative scaling with supersampling or without supersampling.

even in the menu screen its laggy... and no matter where I look around in game... even if I look at the floor the fps stay around the same with crossfire enabled..

I gained about 5fps on a single card with the new drivers but the difference is massive with crossfire enabled...

This is on a single 290..maxed out...supersampling set to on in the config file... 33fps

Same area...same settings...crossfire enabled..12fps lol. That's quite a difference.

Hey guys - anyone know how to fix this? Just installed the latest 14.6 driver for Watch Dogs, and wheneever I try and run Catalyst Control Center I get:

C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static\cli.exe

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

I have the latest .net 4.5, so not sure what's broke!

I have crossfire 290's, so naturally need to access it.

Edit: looked at application event log and it says:

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static\CLI.exe".Error in manifest or policy file "C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static\CLI.exe.Config" on line 0. Invalid Xml syntax.

Can someone paste their CLI.exe.config somewhere?

edit: Fixed those, extracted from the MSI.

now I have issues with installShell64.exe.manifest - can someone pastebin the contents?

final edit: copied the file above from my other machine with an ATI card, and extracted the contents of the CCC msi and replaced all existing files, works now :).

Just been playing BF4 the last few days in Dx11, updated to Cat 14.6 and switched to Mantle, DX11 noticeably more spongy than Mantle when it comes to using Vsync on my Tri fire 7950s, Mantle is just more responsive.

with 14.6 on my 7990 It installs fine, then when I do the rboot needed I get a black screen just after the windows loading screen I can see my cursor but nothing else.

Tried various fixes but I can't solve this issue :(

Just been on the 14.6 drivers for just over a day and well first day was fine no problems however second day which is today after a reboot every time I try to play a game, mainly ArcheAge the game blackscreens then reloads and then I get very poor frame rates.

Noticed reason for this is my memory clock drops from its respective 1300 down to 150 which is its idle/2d clock but the core clock is fine and will stay at max.
Tried restarting the game and tried multiple games but the memory clock will just sit at 150 and not move resulting in poor FPS. I have to reboot to get it to go back to normall but eventually after some game play will do it again. Mainly finding this in ArchAge which made me think because it's in alpha its poorly optimized however with other games not able to ramp up the memory clock I believe it's the drivers.
