**THE AMD DRIVERS THREAD**

Hi GM,

I'm afraid that is by design so i don't envisage that changing so long as you use two monitors.

Matt, will AMD ever have "Dynamic Vsync" from RadeonPro in their drivers? RadeonPRO is a third party tool which doesn't always work, whereas Nvidia's Adaptive Vsync works great yet that is in the driver cp

Bug raised, can any one confirm if they are facing the same issue?

My primary monitor is a 60hz 1080p monitor and my secondary monitor is an old Dell 900p monitor running at 75hz. If I play a youtube video full screen on the secondary monitor and open a new chrome browser on the primary monitor the screen becomes corrupted though the sound in the back ground continues to play fine. A hard reset is required to fix the issue.

Cheers

Edit - Running 14.9 and have also tried 14.4

With FreeSync around the corner I cant see this happening. And tbh Dynmanic Vsync or Adaptive Vsync is worst then just running Vsync alone.

The on and off gives frame rate stutters...

When you uninstall drivers through "CCC install manager in add/remove programs" does it also uninstall mobo chipset, usb drivers etc?
Regards.

@AMDMatt Is the issue with being stuck in low-power going to be fixed in the next beta driver? Seems like a bit of an oversight for not getting that fixed. I'm on 14.9.2 and it's still happening.

I just updated to 14.9 having been on 13.12 for an age :D

No issues but wondering why no one ever recommends using the amd_cleanup_utility? Has this utility updated from v1.2.1.0?

I uninstall AMD Cataylst via "programs and features" - reboot then run this utility - reboot and install driver, always works well for me.

I think most people do the same as you , except DDU is used instead.
