Have sent it to you. Did you also see the steps i listed to reproduce the problem? Was a few posts ago.

I've found how to replicate the issue on my end. This was done after starting the PC, so i recommend you restart your PC then follow the steps to try replicate it.

  1. Open up Sniper Elite 3 and run a benchmark, note your score.
  2. Close down Sniper Elite 3 and wait about 30 seconds
  3. Open up Sniper Elite 3 again and run the benchmark, note your score.

For me the first score was 82FPS and all others after that were around ~65FPS at best. Checking GPU-Z shows everything to be normal and that the cards are clocking correctly, they are not throttling at all either.

Can confirm crossfire working in AC Unity, scaling very well 95% increase in FPS and nearly 100% GPU usages at all times. (Latest Beta driver)

wowowow!
I preordered ACU, really surprised that AMD can achieve 95% scaling!cant wait to play it!
but currently need to stick with 14.9 to finish COD AW first :D
quite smooth with 14.9, super shuttering with 14.11

I am sorry I updated to these 14.11.1's! Very, very disappointed in these drivers! These latest beta builds, do not recognise the hardware IDs of my 280X's, it sees them as 7970's, I know they are re-branded Tahiti XT GPU's, but these are the first drivers to do this! All others up until now saw them as R9 200's.
Game wise - LOTR:SoM performance is poor, constant flickering in game, to the point of it being too much of a hindrance and distraction and ruining the game! The 14.9.2's were fine with this game!
COD:AW - I am still getting very poor performance in Crossfire, negative scaling as it happens, and the game runs like a PowerPoint presentation!, with crossfire enabled! It is OK with one card, and Crossfire disabled!
I hear performance is OK with these for Unity (pre-ordered) but I think for the time being I will roll back to the 14.9.2's, and create an AFR friendly profile for Unity meantime, at least until there is a future, hopefully WHQL release from AMD. I used DDU latest build to clean up, after using Catalyst Install manager to uninstall, before upgrading to these by the way!
I am getting extremely short now on patience for dual GPU support and AAA games!

the 14.11.1 beta drivers seems to of broke ULPS feature. the second card stays on when idle

Using the registry fix works for me! Open regedit and search for "ULPS" set the value to the enable ULPS entry to 0 from 1.

Do this for every entry found some may be 0 already!

Restart PC, ULPS should be fine after that!

Well since x99 upgrade I have Black screen 90% of time when i boot from cold :/
Only option is to hold power button and start it up again. Bit anoying but at lest it does not crash in games... YET :/

I get that (black screen cold boot) if i have too little voltage going through the cards. Are you overclocked at all?

@AMDMatt

After a bit more testing i've found that the problem doesn't happen when i run at my daily overclock (1110Mhz core | 1575Mhz memory | 1.20v), however if i go up to my benching overclock (1200Mhz core | 1575Mhz memory | 1.27v) the overall performance decreases rather than increases.

The benchmark (SE3) runs without any issues, no artifacting or anything. I'm completely stumped, if it was an unstable overclock wouldn't i be seeing artifacting and stuttering?
