Then you're back at the whole not having zero-rpm when setting it manually.Oh i see...
You see in my screenshot where it says "Zero RPM" with an enable slider? turn that off, it will disable Zero RPM and then you can set the fan ramp speed from 20c.
Not really surprising is it? Wouldn't surprise me if Intel had sold more B580 than Nvidia have sold 50 series. As has been said, both companies are probably far more interested in selling cards to businesses for AI than consumers for gaming.
I think the Aorus 5090 got a good review from HUB, let's hope Gigabyte did a good job with the AMD cards too. Gigabyte didn't use PTM7950 on the 9070s though did they, unlike some.Which of the 9070XT models takes your fancy?
I like the Gigabyte Gaming OC and Aorus- they take standard 8 pins and boost to over 3ghz. The only downside is that they have 2 DP and 2 HDMI. I’d have preferred more DP:HDMI.
Don’t know who would stock XFX.

The 600rpm should have given that awayThat is low, its barley moving....
Yeah vertically mounted I like the lighting around the fans , it's not gonna be MSRP thoughI do.like the Gigabyte one, along with the sapphire Nitro.
Maybe it is 3 years. Just look at any other Powercolor GPU for sale on the store and they all say so.Yeah i saw that, i thought i read in that thread that it had changed to 3 years. On the Powercolor site it doesnt say how long, and to consult retailer. OCUK don't specify either, so i suppose it remains a mystery.
I really like the look of that sapphire nitro (is it)? But I just do not trust a cable inside the gfx card.
4 year warranty on that gigabyte card as well, bet it's silly expensive though.I do.like the Gigabyte one, along with the sapphire Nitro.
Think I am going to chance it, I think at 330W that connector should be fine and sounds like they have made alterations so that it doesn't meltI really like the look of that sapphire nitro (is it)? But I just do not trust a cable inside the gfx card.
Plus it's got a fuse.Think I am going to chance it, I think at 330W that connector should be fine and sounds like they have made alterations so that it doesn't melt
Yeah I bet. I'll be happy with either the AIB branding or Radeon lit up on the side.4 year warranty on that gigabyte card as well, bet it's silly expensive though.
The competitor hasn't put up quite a lot of the cards, no nitro for example. Hope there is some competition otherwise can see prices being high![]()
Still plenty of time for them to be added. Some competitors do not even have a 9070 section yet.The competitor hasn't put up quite a lot of the cards, no nitro for example. Hope there is some competition otherwise can see prices being high![]()
the phases on the board and the vram timings will tell you the quality, you can't tell by the power connectors or tdp alone.Does it matter really if it’s 2X 8 pins or 3X 8 pins?
I thought the cards were 330w max so 2X 8 pins would suffice?
Or are the more expensive models with more 8 pins use up to 450w to boost higher?
With a quick UV and OC the likely msrp 2X 8 pins models should boost past 3ghz?
