Yep. Whatever the case clearly it's AMD's fault. Tbh they've probably kidnapped his dog and did an ISIS style video to get him to stop. Or threatened to have him on a blind date with Donald Trump with a minimum of 3 minutes kiss-time in the contract. Definitely AMD bad.

Death threats are lol worthy but you have to admit he wasn't the most clued up guy to be the first guy putting up performance figures. With millions of bucks at stake i would be in contact. The first drivers he used were from January as the GPU-Z showed. He then stated he was using a mix. Have to admit i am not confident from his results that the FE will be much faster than a 1080 but Fury X results at lower clocks suggest it should be faster than it is.
"I really enjoy VEGA Frontier Edition is really solid graphic". How can he say that when he has barely tested it? No games or anything.
"I am waiting for drivers updates and proper RX VEGA gaming edition" So why did he buy an FE card and promise to benchmark it and start doing 3Dmark tests?
"I am not sure when I will have any other benchmarks" Sounds like there wont be any more, is his life really that busy?
"I am waiting as well for official reviews from hardware portals as they do have proper test benches not like my PC." Why wait when you can test your own card?
"Lets wait now for RX VEGA as for sure it will be great." Why for sure?
"Bottom line is that at last AMD has HIGH-END GPU to compete with nVidia high-end GPU's, which was confirmed by my results" really, he did one test that showed 1080 performance. Not sure it proves anything TBH.

On the flipside, I don't see why AMD would try and silence him with bribery. There will be others doing the same. If AMD never wanted this to happen they should have never released Vega FE without giving reviewers cards to publish results.

No, the first drivers were not from January, the first drivers he used were the latest Vega FE drivers from the June 24th, as shown by the driver ID in GPUZ and the AMD website. GPUZ was just not showing the right date. this misrepresentation of what he is doing is potentially why he is not going to bother doing any more tests.
Lets just put it this way, if AMD offered their top based ryzen system (with MB + RAM, case, PSU etc.) and a freesync monitor and probably some free games, chances are anyone would say whatever AMD wanted them to say 
Heck, this already happens across the market especially with youtubers and their free "review" samples.....

Bad.
FE vega at 1300-1350 mhz (due to thermal throttling) roughly matches a stock GTX 1080, or an overclocked GTX 1070/980ti. so maybe the watercooled version will match an overclocked GTX 1080.

It just seems odd as surely if he knows about VEGA FE (and is even willing to pay for it in the first place) and posts on AMD reddit etc., is able to install and run proper benchmarks etc. then he should be knowledgeable enough and know how to do things properly :/

havnt seen any mention of his username, all the posts have been other people x-posting from his wccftech forum post.

Not a member of wccftech so maybe someone else on here who is can look into his post history to see if he really is a noob or not.
Didn't he say he only had the card for a few hours ? I reckon someone might of done a sneaky at a warehouse before going back to work with it or something like that.

His Gpu-z shot is showing 17.1.1 which is January.
Has no one else noticed he's NOT using the Frontier Edition driver?
