Lucky my cpu is like a super eco spec 50w with 8 cores, 850w PSU should power this no problem. I mean a small positive would be high power makes it an awful idea for mining, you might not even have much chance to buy them if AMD made the perfect card.

Not sure why its high power if HBM2 asks less and Vega tech we know is going to Laptops, that tiny compact Mac book? and onto a small cpu die. So those implementations are somehow the opposite to this  Is this just an industrial spec again, its uncapped but wont actually use that much following the 480 launch thing

I remember it looking better than that back in 2003 - 4?
2003 is over a century ago relatively, those are good graphics. Looks a slick game

Heres why Vega wont be cheap in UK.

Just going to leave this quote from reddit here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/6it7sv/msi_damn_rx_vega_needs_a_lot_of_power/dj8uvi0/
Keep in mind that the quote showed in the screenshot is missing his follow-up post.
Someone replied:

That aint a positive sign.

To which he replied:

That depends on the level of performance... :-)

TheSource indeed works for MSI and has been sharing little bits of rumours on Tweakers for a long time now and his statements have proven, on multiple occasions, to be accurate. These statements range from technical- to launch- to availability details. He has been through NDA issues in the past (including Vega and AMD this very year), so I'm going to assume that he is fairly sure that he wasn't breaking the NDA with this 'leak'.

Don't forget that the GTX 1080Ti (aftermarket cards) ranges from 265W all the way to 365W on peak load, depending on the voltage, clocks etc. If Vega is in any way similar to Polaris then people can also underclock it to reduce the wattage (and heat) accordingly. He mentioned 350W @ 1600MHz for Vega

Don't know if it's been posted already?
Would you like water with that sir?

Meh, 0.3 drop caused by Brexit, 0.6 drop caused by recession. It's was always going to be more downhill after the recession. Brexit is just an easy targit.

My hopes of Vega fixing the market prices are long gone with the miners crunch. :(

Brexit's only an "easy" target if you're in denial about its effects.

We were close to 1.5 before it fell apart with Sunderlands vote.
We're now 1.27? That's 23 cent less per pound. Hell, we were at times ~1.2.

Wait a second, some people on here still haven't got doom on their ignore list?!

Don't why anyone wouldn't have him on the IG list, never seen someone have so much verbal diarrhea in my life :D
